What's new in AltBacktick 1.3.0

• The project is MIT-licensed (it means PowerToys could use it, see microsoft/PowerToys#278)
• The program reads a possible ~/.altbacktick configuration file when launched.
• ATM, the only option is modifier_key, which allows you to change the modifier key that needs to be pressed to switch between windows - see the documentation for details.
