What's new in CMDownloader 0.3

• Fixed freezing while processing configuration files and writing the results document, now you can see the progress in real time.
• Changed the direct use of wordpad to directly open the files with the program set by the system itself.
• Added Excel and CSV format options for saving the results.
• The results now by default are organized by the Downstream speed from maximum to lowest values.
• Reuuped with some tiny fixes that doesnt deserve a version change
