What's new in Carnival 1.03

• WORKING DIR BUG: changing of working directory did not work, problem solved.
• DOC DIR FEATURE: additional directory can be changed where the two .htm files are being stored. Carnival binary and .htm files no longer need to be in the same directory
• NEW COMMAND LINE OPTIONS: added -dd and -wd
• SOME MORE MINOR CHANGES which should improve things
