Carnival is a graphical user interface designed for Festival, the wide-spread and popular speech synthesis system.
In order to work with Carnival, you need either an installed version of Festival or a remote access (via network) to a Festival server.
What's new in Carnival 1.03:
- WORKING DIR BUG: changing of working directory did not work, problem solved.
- DOC DIR FEATURE: additional directory can be changed where the two .htm files are being stored. Carnival binary and .htm files no longer need to be in the same directory
- NEW COMMAND LINE OPTIONS: added -dd and -wd
- SOME MORE MINOR CHANGES which should improve things
