- This update just fixes a compatibility issue when you switch back from a new Cosmic Everyday (the alpha of v1.0) to v0.6. It will also disable the warning message of an older chromium profile.
New in Cosmic Everyday 1.0.0 Alpha (Jul 17, 2019)
- Notable changes and additions:
- New visual text editor. No more markdown mixed with WYSIWYG, Cosmic Everyday now comes with a strong word processor. Write long-form articles for your blog or write down lecture notes, and spice it up with images, file attachments, and even videos, if needed.
- Three color schemes to choose. Dark with cyan, the default Cosmic with its dark violet colors, and a Light one for those who prefer white backgrounds.
- Font controls. Includes OpenDyslexic!
- Presentation mode. Expand your card to full screen and project it with style ✨
- Docker is now merged with notebooks. With unified one-level navigation, any external kanban board will be at one click away.

- New translations:
- French translation from TeamNova. All hail TeamNova!
- Improvements:
- Links as attachments in card viewer now have a draggable link.
- Added an exit button to the settings screen so users without tray (e.g. GNOME users) can close Cosmic Everyday.
- New features:
- Label editor. You can find it inside settings of your notebooks. Add new labels, using a variety of icons and colors, edit or remove others.
- Bug Fixes:
- Naughty errors on first launch and last notebook deletion were eliminated.
- setup.sh for linux now works.
- Time-tracker: 'My Day' view on the time-tracking panel now works.
- Homepage: Editing 'Quick Tasks' widget's title now saves it without adding tasks too.
New in Cosmic Everyday 0.6.1 (Jul 17, 2019)
- Improvements:
- Some error messages became more human-friendly, and notifications became more talkative.
- New features:
- Importing and exporting your data is now available. Search for export tools in the Settings panel.
- These allow you to pack your database in a file and later load it into another Cosmic Everyday copy. You can safely reimport the database to update your data – it won't generate duplicates or lose new changes.
- Warning: this is an experimental feature and it must not be used with other people's databases. The developer is not liable for any possible damage to your data.
- Now you can tell Cosmic Everyday to launch minimised. This option can be found in the Settings panel.
- Bug Fixes:
- Kanbans: Tasks in new cards can be added again.

- Introducing Docker – it allows you to embed web pages into Cosmic Everyday, providing quick access and better focus while working:

- Bug Fixes:
- Jumbles: Fixed a bug when dragging a new jumble's wallpaper with mouse resulted into adding an image as a jumble item, but not as a wallpaper;
- linux-specific startup bugs that prevented linux users to update to v0.5.2 were *fixed*, and now they can upgrade to 0.5.2 and higher.

- Notebooks: Adding new tasks to the card works again (I definitely need to write more tests :/ )

- Homepage: The mini-tasks widget now has two additional buttons:
- the first one allows to delete all the tasks in the lists;
- the second one allows to uncheck all items. Very handy for everyday tasks!
