- Added the ability to skip both playing and saving audiobooks, web addresses.
- Added special TAG <SKIP-LINE> which allows you to skip playing a given line entirely.

- Added the "Open Next ..." function to open the next file (in alphabetical order) to the one you are reading.

- Added the tool "Editor of Pronunciation" that allows you to adapt the pronunciation of words to synthetic entries, for example to have the word "DSpeech" read correctly to an Italian voice, you can convert the pronunciation in "D-Spich".
- The new menu item "Application Info" allows you to obtain quick information on the currently used configuration file and on any open file and its encoding.
- - (Developers only) Enter the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + D to activate the debug mode which will display in the status bar the current value of the three main status variables (StatusReq, StatusSpeak and StatusUI).

New in DSpeech Portable 1.65 (Dec 6, 2017)
- Modified the management of serial numbers, now the first two digits indicate the actual version number, while the last digit indicates the number of the build, this means that, for example, in the current version, v1.65, will be visible also an additional number to indicate the number of times the version has been compiled (x es 1.65.14). So, let's assume that, after the release of version 1.65 a small bug is discovered in the program, it will be immediately resolved and the program recompiled with a build number increased by 1. This avoids the need to release new versions for each small bugfix , but also allows those interested, to have the latest completed version of the program.
- Improved speed with which the program applies translations to the various languages in the interface.
- Added the conversion feature of the text Just-In-Time, which allows you to apply a series of changes to the text during the conversion itself without going to alter the text, this works is valid especially for changing foreign words or composites that are badly pronounced by synthetic voices

- Added the ability to convert to Speex audio (.spx) format that is specifically designed for spoken audio.
- Introduced the ability to convert to the Adaptive Multi Rate (.amr) audio format even if, in this case, the files lack the files needed for the conversion (I did not put them in order to not overload the zip too), if I received it you would like it I will see them available in a separate download.

- Added an option to make a heuristic text decoding attempt (the program tries to find the type of encoding by analyzing the text).
- Now when creating audio books, if split options are set, but the text to be converted is smaller than the specified minimum, only the mp3 file (or ogg, acc ...) will be created without a special folder being created that contains it, it acts as if the split options were deactivated.
