  • All Editions: Form 940 (annual federal unemployment report) has been updated to a 'draft' format, with your figures. GA quarterly reporting efile data includes a third file, for 'wage' reporting. We are trying to get confirmation from GA DOL as to their current file specifications, as their employer handbook is currently 'under construction'.

New in Medlin Accounting 2021.0.0.0 Revision 9 (Nov 6, 2020)

  • All Editions: Forms 941, 943, and 944 will show a message is there are possible employee paid qualified health plan wages which need to be reflected on these forms. This can happen when an employee has a Section 125 or Cafeteria Plan deduction, but not enough non FFCRA wages to cover the deduction.

  • All Editions: A new deduction 'type'. CT Paid Leave. Starting for checks dated on or after 1/1/21, CT requires withholding for paid leave. You can enable the new deduction now, so you are ready for 2021.
