- Print Management. Giving you total control over printer usage within the classroom.
- Messenger Monitoring. Prevent or monitor Messenger applications, such as MSN and Yahoo IM.
- Keyboard Monitoring. Provides teachers with a real-time insight into Student activity.
- Device Control. Prevent data being copied to (or from) USB devices, CD/DVD drives and the creation of new network drives.
- Student Information Bar. Provides the Student with an overview of the current lesson.
- Improvements to Internet monitoring include, Internet control across a wide range of browsers, Teachers can restrict access to selected pages on a website and a new "SafeSearch" feature prevents inappropriate content being returned from search engines.
- Wireless support in NetSupport Inform has been extended to offer improved performance over wireless access points and the inclusion of class lists.
- Screen annotation tools can now be used outside of the NetSupport Tutor program.
- NetSupport Inform is now provided with full support for Windows Vista in addition to its existing platform support.
- The Tutor Toolbar remains accessible even when the main application has been minimised, providing quick access to key features during a lesson.
