Aug 9, 2017- When clipboard contains URL and Shift is down and wkhtmltopdf.exe exists near Pastextra.exe the webpage will be saved as PDF.
- If Ctrl is down and wkhtmltopdf.exe exists near Pastextra.exe the webpage will be saved as PDF with dos console log visible.
