What's new in Splish Splash 0.2 Alpha

• Added pointer to Configuring Windows Default Audio Format in the error message if the sample rate isn't 44100.
• Changed splish.exe to connect only with IPv4 (not IPv6), since splash.exe only listens for IPv4 connections (resolves issue where connecting by hostname sometimes doesn't work).
