  • Improvement:
  • OpenCart filters support has been added in current release of Store Manager. Now, users can add, edit and delete filter for OpenCart products and categories.

New in Store Manager for OpenCart 2.3.1 Build 1255 (May 7, 2018)

  • Fixes:
  • Previously, when purchasing a product with an option for which the number was specified, the quantity of the product changed and for option stayed the same. This inconvenience has been fixed in current version of Store Manager.
  • Product data import containing special symbols has been fixed and now they are uploaded correctly.
  • Reward points were copied only for default customer group when copying or cloning products with reward points, added to different customer groups. Now, this inconvenience is eliminated and they are replicated to all customer groups.
  • In some cases, the images were not added to products using import option in Store Manager. This issue has been fixed and now the images are correctly uploaded.

  • Attribute and option import/export has been added to Store Manager;
  • Improvements:
  • Store Manager is now compatible with OpenCart v.2.1.0.1;

  • Improvements:
  • Previously it was possible to import only one product images from ICEcat. New version ICEcat Integration Addon lets several images from ICEcat catalog.
  • Fixes:
  • Previously store owners got an error when switching to Attributes section, if they have multilingual store. The issue has been corrected and product attributes can be managed for multilingual stores.

  • Fixes:
  • OpenCart 2.0 users could not create orders via Store Manager. Now orders are being added properly.

  • OpenCart 2.0 support has been added. Now Store Manager for OpenCart is fully compatible with OpenCart 2.0.

  • Previously reward points for multiple selected products could not be altered properly. The issue has been resolved and one can modify reward points flawlessly;
  • In case default language for non-unicode programs was Chinese (German), product description copy-paste did not work properly. The problem has been resolved and details are being copied properly.

  • Fixes:
  • There occurred the issue with date format in the process of OpenCart import. Date format was incorrect. This issue has been corrected in this release of Store Manager application.

  • New Features:
  • From now on, OpenCart users can assign Custom SQL to products. Correspondingly, this option will be available in product context menu and you can easily start up SQL executing choosing it from the menu.
  • BugFixes:
  • There occurred an issue in the course of OpenCart attribute editing. It has been resolved in this release of Store Manager application;
  • There occurred an error in the process of product import connected to incorrect delimiters (for date, decimals). There was no possibility to edit these values. This possibility has been added to Store Manager for OpenCart and you can easily set necessary delimiters.

  • Features:
  • Copy/Paste and clone functionality has been added to product grid. It is possible to duplicate one or more selected products using these options;
  • Product image thumbnails are now displayed in corresponding column of product grid. There is also possibility to zoom images for better viewing.
  • Improvements:
  • From now on the program will not ask user to upload bridge file to the server in order to manage OpenCart orders, since it is being done automatically.
  • BugFixes:
  • Previously there occurred exception when one closed product lower grid after data editing. It has been corrected in this release of Store Manager;
  • Previously product-related fields in the lower grid were not translated to necessary language when OpenCart user changed locale. Now this functionality works properly and product fields are being translated to selected language.

  • Possibility to search for products by ID (supported by POS as well);
  • BugFixes:
  • Previously images were not exported to eBay since URLs were not generated correctly. This problem has been corrected and now images are being exported properly;

  • Features:
  • Category ID and number of products in categories are now displayed in Store Manager for OpenCart;
  • “Assign Product to Category” and “Delete Product” options are now displayed also when one drag-and-drops OpenCart products. There appears special menu, where these two options are available;
  • Now more fields can be used as product identifiers in the process of OpenCart import (EAN, JAN, ISBN, MPN). Respectively products can be filtered or searched for using these fields. (supported by POS as well);
  • Attribute_group and attribute_name support has been added. Correspondingly Attribute section has been added to Store Manager for OpenCart;
  • Improvements:
  • Now OpenCart users do not need to put in focus some details in Product Edit form of the lower grid if they need to scroll it. Simply place mouse cursor in the lower grid and you will be able to scroll it;
  • Skin menu has been changed and now it is represented in more interactive and graphic format;
  • BugFixes:
  • Previously payment method and order status was not saved after an order was created with POS. This release of Store Manager for OpenCart comes with improvement and now mentioned details are being saved;
  • Expressions used in the process of OpenCart import, implemented on “Link csv columns to database fields”, were not displayed in Expression Editor. This problem has been corrected and now Expression Editor displays expressions indicated in Expression column;
  • There were some issues with OpenCart orders and information was not represented correctly (e.g ordered products were not displayed in corresponding report). This malfunction has been recovered and reports function accurately now;
  • Algorithm of tax calculation in accordance with GeoZone in POS has been corrected and now taxes are calculated correctly depending on GeoZone;
  • There occurred issues with mass order editing. When orders were edited in bulk, implemented modifications were not displayed afterwards. New version of Store Manager for OpenCart allows to accurately manage orders in bulk and changes will be displayed.

  • data fields have been logically grouped (default fields, none-default fields);

  • In order to maintain info in Datagrid, you should double click on the cell to edit customer associated data;
  • Bugfixes:
  • If product name was not available, it was not updated from IceCat. This issue has been resolved and products are being updated correctly;
  • Some visual enhancements have been implemented for radio-buttons in Product window;
  • Previously you could not add a product to order via POS if its quantity was equal to 0. Now POS operates according to cart settings;
  • Invoice order has been corrected for template;
  • Formerly there occurred incorrect symbol presentation during product export to eBay. This issue has been corrected in this release;
  • Decimal numbers were not saved for weight and discounts. Now you can set decimals properly;
  • When you performed data export/import and database table names coincided with built-in command names, you got errors. It has been corrected and data transfer works properly;

  • Features:
  • You can create, edit and delete orders (it is recommended to upload or re-upload new bridge.php file even if you are using Direct connection. You will be asked to do it and you can just click “Next” on each step of the wizard);
  • POS (Point of Sale, with barcode scanner support) feature has been added to Store Manager for OpenCart. By means of POS your orders will be managed in more efficient way. It facilitates order creation with the help of keyboard, just pressing hotkeys;
  • Invoice generation has been added (you may adjust the invoice look if you are familiar with Fast Report and MySQL). Now you may select multiple invoices and print them in bulk;
  • Now you can create order- product- and customer-specific reports (e.g. select necessary customers and generate report only for their IDs);
  • Now you can set separate skin for each store connection. If you have several store connections, you can quickly identify them by colour. Set separate skin for each connection. When switching connection, skin will automatically change to that you have set before;
  • Now you can search for product by scanning its code with barcode scanner. If you have multiple products and need to find specific one in Store Manager, you can scan product barcode and this product will be displayed in product data grid.
  • Improvements:
  • Customers and orders now have a new look (with ability to edit multiple selected records). From now on you can modify information for multiple orders in lower grid tabs;
  • Now customer passwords are processed correctly.
  • BugFixes:
  • Fixed known crash causes;
  • Now decimal delimiter is taken into account in product import wizard.

  • Previously if you inputted expressions that contained special characters or symbols in the process of data import, they were being corrupted. Now it works properly;
  • Previously export configuration settings were not saved to the file. This problem has been solved;
  • Formerly when you created OpenCart import/export configuration and pressed “Back” button, settings were not saved at current step. This issue has been fixed;
  • Previously OpenCart product search was case sensitive, for example “Product” and “products” indicated in search field were not taken as identical. This issue has been resolved and you may efficiently proceed with product search.
