Twitch Item Flood Changelog

What's new in Twitch Item Flood 1.5

Feb 13, 2022
  • New spawning options! Keywords, chat commands, and emotes! (See respective sections below for more info.)
  • Item Profiles now save images to a file instead of saving like a thousand pngs! This makes it a lot cleaner to share them and back them up.
  • Old item profiles will automatically convert to this new format so long as you drag them into the Item Profile folder. Just make sure you have backups of any pngs.
  • There's now a loading pop-up that shows when stuff in the background is taking a while! This works with turning the menu on/off, swapping item profiles, and loading new images.
  • You can now import multiple images at once!
  • The item info section has been revamped to be cleaner, and can now be minimized. (See respective section below for more info.)
  • All your authorization settings will now be saved in a ProgramSettings folder. Actual Authorization Tokens and Refresh Tokens will be encrypted but please don't share them with others.
  • Settings.json will now be saved in the ProgramSettings folder as well to make future updates easier.
  • If you Settings.json is in the base folder it will be moved to ProgramSettings automatically.
  • There's now an Auth Server Port option for anyone having connection issues when trying to authorize their Twitch channel.
  • Go into the Settings and scroll all the way down. Then change the Auth Server Port dropdown from 8080 to another number and try to authorize again.
  • If you still have trouble authorizing, please post a comment here or reach out to me on Twitter @RhapsPerhaps so we can troubleshoot your issue!

New in Twitch Item Flood 1.4 (Jan 3, 2022)

  • Changes:
  • Authorization now takes a username instead of a channel ID.
  • It seems to be a lot harder to find your channel ID for Twitch if you don't already have it now, with their API updates and such, so now the program does that part for you and just uses your username.
  • You still need to be logged in to the username you're using on the actual Twitch website for it to authorize correctly.
  • The reconnect button now does a full reconnect.
  • Please only use it if your redeems/subs/follows/bits stop working. (Still unsure why they stop working, but I'll keep looking into it.)
