What's new in VinczeSwiss 1.12

- Bug fix:
- Import FRL (FIDE rating list) has been reprogrammed - the new function for Conversion XML file to TXT file has drastically less memory requirements (but Function is slower), so the conversion should no longer stop due to the "out of Memory" error (on computers with insufficient RAM)

- Two bug fixes (only for tournaments with too few players for a large number of
- Rounds):
- For external pairing engine JaVaFo.jar: more explanatory message when all permissible combinations are exhausted (next round cannot be assembled)
- For internal pairing engine: improved balancing of colour assignments in cases the next round can only be assembled when some player has black for the third time in a row
