- ADDITION: Added support for FLAC encoder.
- ADDITION: Added MP3 re-encoding option (again).
- IMPROVEMENT: Parts of the interface have been redesigned, a new control has replaced all buttons, which are now clear as to their exact use.
- ADDITION: Added Quick Encode, a feature which allows you to encode a whole folder automatically (subfolders are not supported yet unfortunately).
- ADDITION: Added options to automatically apply AutoTag on files added to the list or encoded using the Quick Encode feature.
- ADDITION: Added option to encode on 320kbps quality, highest available.
- ADDITION: Added an option to change the output directory of all files in the list with the click of a button.
- IMPROVEMENT: Command-line windows of encoders do not steal focus anymore, and begin minimized.
- ADDITION: While encoding/decoding, the title bar of the program changes displaying the number of files completed and the total number of files, so that you can work on other applications and know how many files have been encoded up to that time.
- ADDITION: Added the Unsupported Encoder feature, which allows you to set-up a command line for any encoder and use Wav2MP3 Wizard to batch-encode files with it easily.
- ADDITION: Added "add to file list" drag-and-drop functionality to the "# files selected" box in the Main window.
- IMPROVEMENT: When using Save As... feature after double-clicking a file on the list, the program prompts the user to overwrite if the file already exists.
- REMOVAL: The program no longer has an internal preview player; the user will have to select an external program in order to use the preview feature.
- ADDITON: Added new "First Run Setup Wizard" which should let you set some options before your first run; it should appear on all users using v3.2 or higher for the first time.
- CORRECTION: Corrected functionality of myProfile, which was incorrect in v3.1 Golden Edition.
- CORRECTION: Rewritten update code; the program no longer uses an update window, it only does the check and prompts the user to visit the program's website.
- IMPROVEMENT: The program gives you the option to kill the current instance and start a new one if when starting it another instance is detected.
- DEVELOPMENT: Code has been cleaned up, organized and optimized, which should result in better performance and easier debugging.
- OTHER: Various other undocumented minor additions/improvements/bugfixes.

New in Wav2MP3 Wizard 3.1.210 (Apr 22, 2016)
- REMOVAL: Removed the ID3Tag options from the Main dialog as they were pretty useless and confusing; default values for ID3Tags can still be set by the File Dialog (see Help File for more).
- IMPROVEMENT: Fully automatic batch (multiple files) encoding, not requiring you to click OK between files.
- ADDITION: Added the File dialog; by double-clicking on any file on the list you can view all its ID3Tag properties as well as select its destination after encoding.
- ADDITION: Ability to change all ID3Tag information in all files in the list with a few clicks, or clear them.
- ADDITION: All ID3Tag information is copied from the Main form to the File form (appears when double-clicking on a file in the list).
- IMPROVEMENT: Separated Options dialog in tabs (suggested by Paul Jay Schrenker).
- CHANGE: There is no "Enable/Disable Multiple Files", as the list always appears now; the program can detect whether the list contains one or more files but acts the same.
- CHANGE: There is no "Show Save As... dialog before encoding" option, as the user can select where he wants each file to be saved by double-clicking on it on the list; change made for the capability of automatic batch encoding.
- REMOVAL: Removed color-fading.
- OCX COMPONENT CHANGE: Now using msdxm.ocx instead of amovie.ocx, due to limited capabilities and bugs of the latter.
- CORRECTION: List is not cleared after encoding, but is still cleared if user clicks on Cancel button.
- BUG CORRECTIONS: Corrected bugs on file selection, Main dialog being disabled to user, ID3Tags being disabled after adding more than one file to list and many other minor bugs.
- IMPROVEMENT: Cleaned up the code, removed all unused entries for smaller size and faster use.
- ADDITION: Added German language.

- BUG: Problems with the Options Dialog not loading after changing the Preview selection (External/Internal).
- NOTE: Even after a multiple file convertion, the Preview feature will only preview the last file encoded, in that case the last file in the list.

- IMPROVEMENT: Replaced existing LAME encoder with new version 3.96.
- IMPROVEMENT: Forces LAME Encoder to add ID3v2 tags to the file, to avoid tags being cut in half.
- ADDITION: Last Selected Encoder is by default selected each time you load the program.
- ADDITION: Currently selected encoder is displayed on the screen when changed or when the program is loaded (see known issues for more).
- BUG: Open Folder of File feature works now no matter the folder Windows was installed.

- INFORMATION: Artist, Song and Album tag fields have a 256 character limit in order for the encoded files to have tags compatible with all players. Also the Year field has only a 4 character limit for obvious reasons.
