Since it's a Microsoft Store app, it does not require much effort to get it up and running on your Windows 10 PC. Even better, it's super-lightweight and, it's so simple, that it shouldn't pose any types of challenges even for novices.

The keyboard shortcuts are neatly organized into two section depending on their purpose, a set for desktop management and the other geared more towards window management. For instance, the app displays shortcuts for creating new desktops,  for closing the current one, and for effortless toggling to the last desktop one.

There's also a shortcut for quickly renaming the desktops. You're provided with shortcuts for switching between all the active desktops and for effortlessly moving windows to either one of the nine virtual desktops. You are provided with the possibility to pin or unpin the current Window to all desktops, as well as to maximize an active window into its own desktop.
