DocHaven

The Internet is filled with all sort of applications and programs that you could use in order to enhance functions on your computer and to manage your documents easier.

One of such applications is DocHaven. It allows you to back-up your documents to the cloud and manage them there. It comes with plenty of nice tools and features that you can check out.

The application doesn't take long to install and it doesn't come with a complicated setup that you would need to complete before you can actually use it. It sports a really intuitive graphical interface with plenty of nice tools and features.

DocHaven allows you to manage and backup your documents in the cloud easily. You take them out of the cloud as you need them then put them back into the cloud when you have finished with them. Once a project is back in the cloud it can be taken out by others in your group.

The first thing that you need to do after launching the application is to create an account with your username and password. The application lets you backup data in multiple ways, including in a DocHaven folder on your computer.

You can also back up your documents in the HMS cloud or your own cloud account. At least three copies, at least two different media and at least one of the copies is offsite. Plus DocHaven also gives you extra assurance with multiple versions on the cloud and in your backups.

You will need to configure your server connection and the private cloud account. Provide an IP address and port number in order to do so. You can manage various documents under your account and export them to your computer if you'd like.
