While not the least impressive, PowerPoint Search & Replace Batch does a good job of offering you a quick and hassle-free way to replacing large numbers of words within multiple PowerPoint presentations, with just a few clicks.

Sure, if we were to nitpick, drag and drop support would have been a useful feature to have but that is not to say that you can't live without it, since, let's not forget, that the utility offers you two ways to load files.
