Working with QuickBooks in an accounting environment can be a challenging task, especially in the aspects whose scope span data usage and data sensitivity. Addressing the problems that concern data handling in QuickBooks, Dancing Numbers was designed as a specialized solution that can offer users the chance to export, delete or import back again their data, thanks to three, individual tools, one for each task.

Using the importing tool, one will be able to migrate data covering vendors, accounts charts, customer lists, items, or other relevant company information. The exporting capabilities allow users to save the selected data to Excel-compatible formats, such as CSV, or, ZIP archives. Last but not least, the deletion feature will allow users to erase all data in a single click, but not permanently, as the data will be readily available for restoring in the bin.

The manual data input process for QuickBooks can be avoided using the importing capabilities of Dancing Numbers and the application offers several import types, such as advanced or standard, but users can also add and edit multiple files simultaneously.
